Pullet laying under roosting bars

What about stapling a chickenwire barrier to the bottom of the bar section, or an inch or two below it - you could attach it to the walls in a big long section from one side to the other, and leave one end just hooked over nails on the wsll so that you could unhook to rake and clean underneath.

I did try that. And she still close to lay on another spot on the floor across the coop where there was no clutter or any obstacles to get past

Have you thought about lowering the nest boxes? Maybe sit them on the floor back side down then you would only need to use four of them. Or four on the floor and leave four on the wall see what the hens prefer. This one particular hen has obviously decided she doesn't want to jump that high to lay. They seem on the high side and you definitely need something like a two to 3 inch board going across the front to keep eggs and nesting material in if keeping it this way.
