Pullet- Leghorn or Rock?

Curious on this 17 week old pullet. Purchased out of Meyer Bargain Bin, so it is a breed they sell.

Given the yellow legs, single comb and white feathers, my two guesses are:

1. White Leghorn (lays white eggs, smaller body size, skittish)

2. White Rock (lays brown eggs, larger body size, docile).

3. Could be something else!

Seems to be a pretty healthy size for 17 weeks old. But is skittish as was raised by a broody momma hen, and had minimal human contact so I'm not sure that temperament is a good indicator here! She is not laying eggs yet.

Thoughts?
