Pullet or Cockeral? (Prairie BlueBell)

Thought it was a pullet until recently doubting myself. Pictures from 10, 11, and 13 weeks old.

I'm thinking girl, but what breed is she? And can you get good photos of the saddle/tail area? It's kind of hard to see. But due to how small the comb is at that age I’m thinking girl.
The tail and flowy saddle like feathers are both suspicious. The breed is a Prairie BlueBell which from my understanding is a fancy EE without the muff. Basically a mutt chicken that lays blue eggs so that's also part of the issue with me determining sex. I'll get more pictures tomorrow. He/she will be 14 weeks this Friday and these pictures are from a couple weeks ago.
