I was purchased as a Golden commet. But am I really a hen?? (M photobomber in front is my leghorn roo)

Hens are laying though, right?! Got her with the first run from Southern states in March. She is close to or over 20 weeks. She is brighter red and has been for a good 4 weeks. She is now on laying food and has nice nesting boxes, but seems to have no care. Maybe that is why the roo is upset with her?!?!?!?
