Pullet or Cockerel? 12 week old Blue Laced Red Wyandotte

We got our chicks when they were 3 days old and were hoping they were all pullets. However, our splash phase, named Buttercup, developed a very red comb and wattles at about 6 weeks old. Our black phase, Blossom, doesn't have a noticeable comb or wattles. Can anyone confirm that this is indeed a cockerel? Thanks.
