Pullet or cockerel 8 week old Buff Orpington

I dont have any other Buff orpingons to compare it to and I am a first time chicken keeper with no experience. Would really appreciate some opinions. Thanks in advance

An Orp pullet would never have a comb or wattles that size at this age. I'm sorry. ☹

My buff is 10 weeks and doesn't have any wattles yet so I'd say cockerel. Sorry

Thanks everyone. Will admit I am a bit sad. Out of 5 eggs that hatched this was the only Buff orpington - the rest are easter eggers and so far 2 of them are cockerels so I was really hoping this one would be a pullet. But such is life. Thanks again
