Pullet or Cockerel Ameraucana (mix?)

Hey all, I’m interested in this baby but only if it’s a pullet. Looks promising though. They say Ameraucana but I think it could be mixed. Thoughts? It’s the bigger dark one with the light head

This one does look female and it does look like an EE.
