Pullet or Cockerel? : Bantam Cochins

This is my first time raising chickens and I am raising 2 Bantam Cochins. They are 5 weeks old, and 2 days apart in age.
The grey/blue chick is a bit more feathered out than the calico chick, yet the calico has a comb that is much further along in development. Would it be safe to assume the calico is a cockerel?

I’m a newbie by the first chick looks more like a rooster to me - comb is way pink. The second one not so much...
 
The first one is most definitely a cockerel. The second one has very red wattles but not much color to the comb, which is odd. Try posting updated pics of the blue chick in a couple weeks.

Yes! That seemed odd to me as well. Her wattle has been pinkish for about a week but her comb is yellow.
 
Here are some updated photos of my Bantam Cochins, just a few days later. They are 5.5 weeks old. Cockerel? Pullet? :
