Pullet or Cockerel? Breed?

Howdy! Looking for some help confirming the gender of one of my flock pictured here. She/He is about 20 weeks~. Thoughts?

Less critical is my question of Breed. I was told "Barn Builder" but I think that was a feed store mis-ID. Also, doesn't look like a Barnevelder.....?!?!?

Definitely a Brown Leghorn pullet. She will be laying eggs soon.

That my friend is a pullet (or young hen), you can tell by the lack of saddle feathers.

And her breed is a Brown Leghorn. (You can tell by the yellow legs, and floppy comb.) Beautiful bird.
