Pullet or cockerel ? Please help, confused.

So I have this little one and it resembles both. She was around a rooster since birth and I had to give him up a couple days ago. They are both approx. 13 weeks old. Anyway, little one started a horrible weak crow. Have never heard it before yesterday, the Roo crowed all the time. Anyway, by the pictures what do you think?

That much red comb at 13 weeks is definitely a male.
