I think cockerel, that comb is pretty big for three weeks of age.
It's easier when there are same breed, same aged chicks to compare! Cochin bantams are so very cute!

I would agree with you at this point. The comb is a bit large for it's age.

If it was one of mine I would say cockerel.
Do you know the breed? There are many kind of bantams. And the type of breed can make a difference in comb size.
