Pullet or cockerel? What do you think?

The Orps are definitely all boys. Their combs and wattles are huge and red - much bigger than those on my Orp pullets who are much older than yours, even - 5 months old. The girls just don't get that kind of size or redness until much, much older.
Agreed.
Although I've seen some pretty crazy big red combs on 12 week old buff pullets.
Which is why I prefer to sex by feathers. There's always some exceptions to the combing.

Feather sexing by the saddle and hackle feathers is always more accurate than by using combs. There is a breed that you can't feather sex though, but it is a more rare breed than typical chickens.

If skinny and pointed, it's a boy.
Fat and rounded, you have a girl.

But with Silkies...
There ain't no way to know,
Till they lay an egg or crow!

All look like pullets except the buff and possibly the speckeled sussex. Do you have a head shot of this one?
Head shot of BLRW, too. :)
