Pullet or cockerel

Could someone please tell me if this 7 week old blue Orpington is a pullet or cockerel.

Considering that Orpingtons can be a bit slower to mature and lay than most breeds, I'd say that's a cockerel.

first is a cockerel because i had a lovely blue orpington cockerel that looked similar. Very wonderful birds.

That is a blue. A splash is a very light grey. They almost look white.
