Pullet? Or cockerel?

[/IMG]So I have this juvenile EE, and it's feathering and temperament are very indicative of a pullet, but it's comb is awfully red for being a month and a half old. Any ideas?

If he has a nice calm personality will you be able to keep him? Hope so.

Unfortunately no, our town has strict laws on roosters, and my neighbor works at the courthouse
