Pullet or Cockerel?

I'm hoping you can help me. Pullet or Cockerel? I don't know the breed. It was a bonus chick MM thru in with my order. It is 7 1/2 weeks old. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

Id say pullett because the comb isnt raised yet.

That's a cockerel! Way to red at 7 1/2 weeks to be a pullet.

I think I saw it on another thread where you were trying to figure out breed... thought cockerel then to, unless I'm mistaken about it being this one that I saw. Still cockerel...

The one I just posted pictures of and am questioning is actually a different bird. This is a picture of the other bird:

MM didn't know what that one was either.

How do you know it's a cockerel if you don't mind?

I agree the one at top is an EE but think the second one might be something else.

The comb is too red at that age to be pullets is how you can tell. And of course we don't mind, we are all here to learn and share what we know!
