Pullet or cockerel!?!!

The hatchery says it's a pullet. I think it's a rooster! What do y'all say? It is a blue copper maran 10 wks old at the time of this pic!

Seems like everyone thinks he's a cockerel. Guess that's not so bad if I can cross him with my Ameracauna and get an olive egger. Thank you for all your input!
