Pullet or cockerel ?

Could he be a Groninger Meeuwen? Looks very similar . What do you guys think ?

It's a Dutch breed and I didn't know about it either til I googled chicken breeds and that the first one that popped up lmao

Not sure what breed but he/she is 5/6 weeks old and I'm wondering if it's a roo or hen . Makes call noises like a roo but I'm no expert either . Definitely looks like a cockerel. I have a pullet that’s that age and her comb is much smaller. Actually she’s smaller all around, and she’s not a bantam. Hope this helps!

Sure does look alot like these but who knows I'm stumped on what breed this cockerel is . Maybe he is a mix but I the owner of the feed store is from Russia and it very hard to understand her but I thought she said he was something like a leghorn or legbar . I could barely understand her bc of her accent so . WHO THE HECK KNOWS!!
