Pullet or cockerel?

Hatched two with my broody australorp not to long ago, and just wondering what yall think. Sorry for the second picture, it didn't come out very well

Age? The second might be a cockerel but i can't tell for sure the first looks hen but you need better pics of their faces

1st is a pullet. 2nd is looking like a cockerel.

A little over a month old, tried my darndest to get a better picture of the darker one but this was the best I could do

A month is still a little going to judge both but i would still lean toward cockerel for the darker
