Pullet or cockerel?

Rhode Island Red pullets -12 weeks. Is this really a girl? Last pic a pic of her ( farthest to the right) with two other RIR all from same group. Her tail looks so different. Why?

Half of me says Cockerel- other half begs to differ.

Looks like a pullet.

Yeah, I think pullet too. The comb and wattles are large for 12 weeks, but they are pale. The tail is nothing to worry about-- sometimes they just come in weird.
