Yup, both cockerels. Those combs are not only big and red, but they are upright. A leghorn pullet's comb, if it was that size, would flop to one side.

Leghorn pullets combs don’t flop till ready to lay and I have leghorn cockerel breeders with upright comb is correct for cb. Though both these appear to be ckls.
