8 weeks old cross chickens one is a ee polish and the other is a polish production red I think. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I'm no expert, but the little grey looks like a pullet to me - not much comb (even though it's a bit reddish) and no wattles to speak of. "Her" saddle feathers look more rounded than pointed, too, but it may be a bit early. Still, I lean towards "lady-bird" on that one. The brown bird, though, is definitely speaking "cockerel" to me. There's an awful lot of bright red on that head and some pretty significant wattles for an eight-week-old. Add what look like red shoulders to the fancy headgear, and I'd have to say, "Congratulations, It's a boy!"8 weeks old cross chickens one is a ee polish and the other is a polish production red I think. Thank you they hatched on October 7th and it's been a challenge for me to tell but exciting watching them change very quickly.I'm no expert, but the little grey looks like a pullet to me - not much comb (even though it's a bit reddish) and no wattles to speak of. EDIT to add: The lighting isn't too bright on the full-side of the grey, but if those brownish shadows are shoulder bars, then you have a fine pair of fellas, there!
