Pullet or Cockerel?

We have 5 chicks that are 11wks old. One is 100% a boy but another looks like a hen but is starting to do this laryngitis crow sound.
most times its during the day and seems to me like she is calling us to let them out of their run to free range.
Is that possible or is she a he?

Pictures would help. It may be a pullet that is just transitioning from peep to cluck.

Her comb is like a pale red compared to our other boy and has no pointed feathers or tail feathers like him.

Yes same chick.

Those won't grow in until ~4 months.
