Pullet or cockerel?

I still think pullet, just early to mature. Is she a blue egg layer of sorts? I ask this due to body type and white earlobes. Sometimes those crosses have included Leghorn for better egg laying and that has also made them pretty quick to mature

Banties are known for being pretty quick to mature. I bet that too!
