My Easter eggers at the same age are very visible and I can tell them apart. Are silkies Roos a little more calm?

It looks like a pullet by the tail. and the way it carries its self

I wouldnt say my roos were calmer, less social with me maybe. The two that were the hardest to catch ended up being boys.

This is an Easter egger cross with silkie. Very calm and quiet for the most part.. stumped of what it is some days I think pullet some days roo.. thought I might ask people who’d know better than me

What a pretty chick! I have almost 8 week old silkies and what I believe to be an Easter Egger. The Easter egger started making crowing noises last week. This week he sounds like a cockerel. This morning my silkie rooster crowed very well. I don't know if this is typical. I didn't know they would crow this young. Perhaps if you don't hear something soon, you'll have an answer. Good luck!
