Pullet or cockerel?

These were sold to me as chocolate Orpington pullets and should be approx 2.5 months old. I’ve been told they are roosters bc of large legs, slow feathering, etc... any ideas?

Nothing says cockerels at this point and at 10 weeks, there usually is.

IF they are 2.5 months, they're looking more pullets that cockerels to me. The combs/wattles are "small" not having much color (red) to them.

Thank you. I bought them May 14 and was told they were almost a month at that time, so I am not completely certain of age. I know they are at least 8 weeks but probably closer to 10.
