Pullet or cockerel?

So earlier people thought this copper Marans was a cockerel. Are we still thinking that? It’s 9 weeks old, the smallest of the 8 chicks by quite a bit. They are all the same age. His comb is a bit red, but nit huge. Has small feet.

So weird as he’s so small. He walks more upright And feathers developed later.

This is usually a dead cockerel giveaway in most varieties.

I also think it is a cockerel, like the others have already said. I also believe that the red/orange bird in the front of the fifth picture, as well as (possibly) the one right beside your BCM in the sixth picture are cockerels too. Are you planning to keep them?

Likely cockerel, but could still be a pullet in imo.

I was going to keep one rooster. The red/orange birds are Isa Brown so should be a Pullet.

Yes, just so strange how small he‘s also seems to be the most timid.

This is Marvin, you all thought he looked like a cockerel. He’s 12 weeks now. No crowing, still super small. Is showing a little copper color. Marvin or Marian?
