Pullet or cockerel?

This is Moira Rose. She was sold to us as a premium pullet (very low chance of being mis-sexed). She's probably about 11-12 weeks now. Is she definitely a she? Lol She was the only one out of four to survive, and our first polish.

I can't guess at all with this breed but I just want to say that I love the name! It totally fits with the black and white "outfit" and the crazy "wig" hahaha

These are the best I can get. She's too fast

I think it is a pullet. I see no development or redness at the comb. Polish can take a long time to be 100% sure about, though.
