Pullet or Cockerel?

Hello, I bought a few Ameraucanas about 4 months ago but this one has a bit different color than the other ones (a bit darker) can it be a cockerel?

Looks like a pullet. Doesn't have the red shoulder feathers you see in some EE roos. Plus the comb is look like a pullet's. Boys will have 3 rows on their combs, with the center row taller than the two outside rows.
