Pullet or Cockerel?

So my mom knew I wanted to add a Speckled Sussex to my flock. She picked up this "Pullet" for me from the feed store. It chest bumps, and looks like Spurs are beginning to grow. Chick is 3 weeks old. Any thoughts??

Little bumps on the legs does not always mean roo. Good luck you have a lovely chick there

Hens can have spurs & also chest bump but, I suspect your chick is a boy. Hope I am wrong.

Your sussex looks like mine did. And she turned out to be a she! Like Yorkshire Coop said, bumps on the legs do not indicate roosters. Hens can develop spurs just like roosters. So don't go drawing any conclusions yet.
