Pullet or not?

I have a 2 barred rocks that I'm not sure if they're pullets or not.

Age? Pretty sure you have 2 boys

The first one is definitely a rooster. See the light coloring and extended wattles? That weird tip to the tail, too? Barred hens are darker. I think the second one is a boy as well, though he has a girly tail, he has the coloring and the wattles.

They are about 10 weeks I believe
