Pullet or Not?

here's another question: I bought 10 chicks which were all suppose to be pullets. Now they are 1-1.5 months and 2 of them have developed quicker (Bigger) and have the most red on their faces,( and I'm not sure the lingo,) but the combs& flaps (Ha Ha). One is a Sliver Laced WYDott and the other an Aracana with puffy cheeks(muffs?) and no tail. Any ideas or ways to tell before they are at a age to crow????

If their combs and waddles are already red, there is a good chance they are roos. Hens dont get red combs and waddles till they are Laying, which wont happen till hey are around 6 months old.
