Pullet or Roo? And what breed?

Please help! We just found out that the black chick we have is a roo...now we are worried about the other chick. Also, any insight in to what breed? We think they are bantam's.

yep that is a Golden Laced Sebright roo....and yes he is a bantam....Sebrights are ture bantams meaning that is the only size they come in
