Pullet or roo?? Plz have a look

This little chick is a booted bantam of some sort lemon millfleur type maybe but would live to know if it's a hen or roo as it's the only one that hatched so it's kinda got to be a part of the family. I have recently got two black star sex link hen chicks to be its friend but I wouldn't be able to keep a roo because of neighbours .
