So cute. I would guess right now a pullet but you need more time to confirm that. 11 weeks was when I knew definitely with my SLW. Fingers crossed you get what you want.

Can you get side view picks of the chickens? With a clear view of their tails? Wyandottes you will probably have to wait on, 2nd and 3rd are hens. Not sure your crèvecœur is a crèvecœur, and I think your bielefelder might not be a bielefelder either.

McMurray's usually good about breeds.

The blue wyandotte's tail is visible, it doesn't have a big one. I'm 99% sure it's a pullet. The other golden wyandotte has almost no tail, but it's got a little sticky uppy one. You can see it in several of the photos with the 4th being a side photo.

The crèvecœur has yellow legs and beak, it should have black legs and beak. I’ve never seen a yellow-beaked Bielefelder but I think it still could be one
