I'm thinking pullet as well.
At 10 weeks, a rooster would have a lot more red comb.
I've had lots of hens have pointy looking hackles, and even pink up a bit in comb and wattles around 10 weeks of age.
It might be a slow developing rooster, but I think it is an early maturing pullet.
Hybrids such as Pioneers often have early maturing females. Males should outshine them by far at 10 weeks.
So watch and wait...I'm saying it is likely a pullet who will lay early for you.
