Pullet or roo

I am a first time chicken owner and I need help telling the sex of these two chicks I have been raising for a about a month. One is 8 weeks old the other is 5 going off of when they were said to have hatched. The feed store selling the first one guarantees all females and the second one only said 95% certainly. Thank you

Cockerel on both, the later one has a pea comb but not sure what breed

It's too young to make out the feathering, maybe others got a better eye. Cute!

It could be a lot of things...May have to wait til it's a little older to find out. Can you tell what kind of comb it has?

@ftfarmer22 Shucks I was hoping this would be a rooster.

Actually now that I get a closer look, his/her legs are not dark at all. BR pullets would have dark streaks on their leg.. now I say roo. Guess we'll have to wait and see!
