A clearer picture of the tail would help. If I'd only seen the first picture I would have said definitely cockerel, but the second picture looks like it could be a pullet.

I have one full grown hen but I don't know enough about the breed to tell on this little one

I see no indication of pointed feathers in the saddle nor the development of sickles. But the comb and hackle feathers still say cockerel to me. Unless someone with better familiarity with BC Marans comes around I think you're going to have to wait a little longer for a definitive answer. Sorry.
