I think that is a pullet, her crest and the rest of her body seem to have very rounded feathers. I think all of those birds in that photo are females, actually. Though the bird you are asking about is a little iffy because of those waddles.

Yes everyone there is a hen but, I question this one. Posting more pictures. I need a pullet in this one!

I didn't know she was 4 months. In that case, she is definitely a pullet.
