Pullet or Roo?

It looks like a young roo to me, judging by the wattle growth; however I could be wrong. Just a guess. Could you upload another picture that shows the saddle feathers (feathers near the tail) so we can better determine the gender?

I do not see any pointed saddle feathers, nor do I see the development of sickles. I think it looks like a pullet... :oops:
 
I think that is a pullet, her crest and the rest of her body seem to have very rounded feathers. I think all of those birds in that photo are females, actually. Though the bird you are asking about is a little iffy because of those waddles.
