Pullet or roo?

This is the only one to hatch of a dozen BLRW eggs back in March. I am hoping for a pullet, but it has some chunky legs and big comb and waddles.

Roo for sure and he looks to have nice lacing and good dark coloring.

I don't know about roo...I don't see any saddle feathers and the hackles look very rounded. If she/he hatched in March then it is about 12-16 weeks old depending on the time in March. Around 16 weeks is about the time my GLW started to get her large wattle and comb. I say you have a hen.

All my hens have chunky legs.

it's a roo, most pullets don't have 2 wattles...
