This is supposed to be an Easter Egger (hatchery called it Amerucana, but we all know what that means!) pullet. But she (he?) has way more comb/wattle than the others. And, what color would this be? Silver laced?

Oh boy! He's quite the young rooster....and not silver laced, he's no specific color. Folks just call that a black and white Easter egger.

So, it isn't really the size of the comb and Wattles that leads one to believe this is a rooster, but the color? Right? What if it's an easter eager who is crossed with some egg layer that is known for big comb even on hens? Would the pullet's still be pale?

Eh..it's kind of both, Easter eggers usually have pea combs, usually....But I have seen some that were EE that must have had a strong (large) single combed parent, because they had combs that were as big and bigger than this roo has. But I am not sure of exactly what that single combed parent was. :/
And yes the pullet/hens combs were never really red, they were more pinkish/yellow colored and still significantly smaller than the Roos combs.

I have EE/leghorn cross hens. They didn't have combs this big at this age, they're just barely bigger than that, now. Comb that large and red at this age, the color, the thick legs, the overall masculine look are the tells.
