PULLET or ROOSTER? 15 weeks old? HELP!

This chicken is a Rhode Island mix. It is 15 weeks old. No crowing. No behavior that makes me think it is a rooster. However, the size and color of the comb and waffles make me think it could be. I am new at this and not sure. Please tell me why you think it is a pullet or rooster in your response.

It is a pullet. It does not have the pointy hackle feathers (neck) or pointy saddle feathers (back near tail) typical of roosters.

I was told that she is a Rhode Island Red mix...but who knows? She does have 5 toes and feathered feet

I'm guessing she's crossed with a Faverolle, not a silkie. They also have 5 toes and feathered legs and don't have the black skin a silkie has.
