Pullet seems sick

She is 18 weeks old and was fine at lunch time. It has been 95 degrees today but the other 3 are doing fine. She is puffed up and moving real slow wings droopy. Tried to get her to drink some electrolytes but didn't want any. Poop is normal but watery. She is panting but it is really hot also.

Update to last post she just layed a soft egg it is her second today.the first one was normal.any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that tool. I now have it bookmarked for future use. Update on her health, she seems to be back to her normal self tonight. I think it may have been heat related along with laying 2 eggs today.
