Pullet tail feathers?

Do Pullets tail feathers all round at the end for all breeds?
I assume this is Pullet. Still learning.
She is 5.5 weeks old.
Her feathers are full, especially on her tail.

It's too early to say with certainty but so far, yes, she's looking like a pullet

It is true that females have rounded feathers, but that's not a reliable way to tell until they're around 12 weeks old+ when they get their adult plumage. When they're young cockerels also have rounded feathers and females can grow some misleading tails feathers. At this age, the biggest thing you are looking for is comb and wattle development. You have a little girl.
