Pullet toe injury

I have a pullet of about 5-8 months old.
She likes to jump up and down and one day injured her toe.
It doesn't feel fractured ,but is a little loose and curls back in the wrong position.
I thought it would heal by itself , but many months later it didn't.
She frequently perches on one leg and can't sleep sitting down sometimes.
Her legs are also red from walking on tough ground.
I can fix the tough ground issue by using mats, (chickens live in my varanda).
But I don;t know about the toe , I live in a region with a lack of local vets.

I think she is developing it
My rooster of two years has longtime bumblefoot , which I almost cured
I'm thinking of using 1 inch thick mats to cover the concrete flooring will that work?
or should I try making shoes for them , Im using surgical gauze and cotton wrapped in ductape currently to cover feet , but they get wet with poop so I have to change them

rooster - one feet has some bumblefoot , other has been infected for 2 years and I keep it wrapped , the pain has subsided for him and he can sit down and stand up for longer times
Pullet - Is laying eggs weekly, has reddish footpads

Can't see it properly seems like early bumblefoot . As I experienced worst bumblefoot cases i feel your pullet having the starting stages where there's nothing in foot except bird feel pain .
I would Soak it in Epsom salt water (warm water) and try to see if swelling goes down in day or two . Early stages bumblefoot heals but if root start to settled up in scab then there's no solution except to wait and let it ripe and pull it .
