"pullet with crooked neck"

I have a pullet about 5 months old and about a month ago she started holding her head funny, it looked puffed up and tucked down all the time, now it is like her bone in her neck is crooked? One side of her neck is all stuck out. Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks

She could have a wry neck problem.

I wanted to also say that she can hold her head up just fine. She does stumble and act like she loses her balance. It is just her neck to bend out on one side and she looks puffed up all the time. Nothing wrong with her crop , she eats and drinks well.

You might try giving it polyvisol or gatorade because it might need electrolytes

I know this because one of our Ameracaunas has a crooked neck.
