Pullet with eye problem

We have an 18 week old Buff Orpington pullet that is having an eye issue. I noticed it on Sunday, it's now Tuesday. Her left eye seemed red, at first I thought maybe some dust got in it but she is still having issues today. I doesn't seem as red now, but she's rubbing the eye on her feathers, keeping it mostly closed at least when outside, and staying in the coop more. She seems to be eating fine. She was vaccinated for coccidiosis and Marek's (maybe a mistake, but it's done) at the hatchery. I'll try to attach pictures from yesterday. The first two are the left eye opened and mostly closed and the last one from through the fence is her right eye. Any ideas on what we should do?
