Pullet with runny nose, husky voice

I bought a pullet and two chicks from a breeder. The pullet adopted the chicks but I noticed very early on she had a runny nose, sometimes bubbling at the nostril but clear/colourless, husky voice and she sneezes quite often. I've had her a month now and she hasn't got worse or better. The two chicks don't sneeze and seem fine. The pullet has always been perky, eating well and active. I'm not sure what to do. We enquired about getting some Tylan from the vets but we'd have to buy a huge amount and at $115 that's just a bit excessive. I don't want to have to pay for a vet appointment when I have more of a clue about chickens than the vet will!

If it's been going on for a month and there is no other symptoms I'd wonder if it's the bedding you are using.

I wondered that too (she's been on straw). I did have them indoors as they little bantams, so I tried putting them outside in my spare pen and coop and it hasn't made any difference. I've brought them indoors again as it's Autumn here and tonight it's supposed to be quite cold and I felt mean leaving them out there, especially if she is suffering from something.
