Pullet with scab\bump thing on her nose, should i be worried?

I noticed the scab thing on this chicks nose when she was a month younger, I thought that it was a speck of dirt or something and tried to brush it off, now it's bigger and she sounds different from her siblings. She's fine otherwise just sounds a bit more squeaky than the others

Then it's most likely fowl pox if you have lots of mosquitoes.

The virus will run it's coarse over about a few weeks, & the chick will be immune to it.

I'd just let her be. If it were wet pox, then she'd need to be treated.

I've had fowl pox on one bird, & it never infected another one, so it's really not that bad.
