Pullet with scratched/bleeding foot

My 6 week old Easter Egger has a wound on the top of her foot that is bleeding. I think the foot might have gotten caught under the bottom of the cage when I was changing out the litter. She is holding it up, limping if she does walk on it, and is chirping loudly.

First aid advice for this little gal's foot?

Can I wash it with soap and water, use some peroxide, and add a bandage with neosporin?
